Tribute to Dr Lucrecia Roces-Kasilag by Rodel M. Fronda Divertissement is a collaboration tribute-concert to the late Philippine National Artist for Music who founded the National Music Competition for Young Artists (NAMCYA), the 1st President of the Cultural Center of the Philippines, and Music Director of the Bayanihan Philippine National Dance Company, Dr. Lucrecia Roces – Kasilag.
The tribute-concert featured performers such as the Santa Isa bel Guitar Quartet from Manila, Sining Bulakenyo – BarCIE from Malolos City, Lyceum Lahing Batangan Dance Troupe from Batangas City, Koro Columbano and SPA Youth Choir of OCNHS from Olongapo City, with special participation of the Philippine Normal University Chorale from Manila, Roland Fronda (Baritone), Sharon Mandigma (Soprano), Sheryll Ann de Dios (Piano), Edgardo de Dios (Guitar), Jillian Tanig (modern dancer), and Roan Dionisio (Poet).
The concert was directed by Rodel M. Fronda and sponsored by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts in cooperation by the University of Regina Carmeli, Barasoain Centre for Innovative Education, Lyceum of the Philippines University and Columban College.
